Hakan Kilitcioglu

Hakan Kilitcioglu joined Pedersen & Partners in 2008. Prior to joining the executive search industry Mr. Kilitcioglu was Secretary General of KalDer, the leading quality association in Turkey. In almost ten years he has lead this association to become the leading authority in total quality management in Turkey. He is also the President of Middle East Quality Association. Mr. Kilitcioglu is a European Accredited Assessor and Senior Assessor (EFQM) and has given long-term management consultancy in the following sectors: automotive, pharmaceuticals, Oil&Gas, manufacturing, appliance and white goods, IT, banking. Mr. Kilitcioglu is a graduate of Bosphorus University, Mechanical Engineering department, and he holds a Master of Science degree from the same University, as well as a diploma in International Management from Istanbul University.
